Terms of use

Terpside is software developed and sold by Kevin Cerpa, an individual, in Bolivia. These terms cover its use and license. For questions, email soporte@terpside.app.

Subscription license

A subscription gives you permission to use the software during the purchased term; it does not transfer ownership of the software. Each computer needs its own key. The Pro plan covers one computer; the Business plan covers five computers, unless a different number is agreed, with one key per computer. Do not share a key across computers.

14-day trial

You can try Terpside for 14 days from the start of the trial. The trial does not guarantee free access to paid features after that period. Before buying, check that it works on your computer and that your agency allows its use.

An aid for the interpreter

Terpside does not replace the interpreter or guarantee clinical accuracy. It may omit words or transcribe or translate incorrectly, including numbers and negations. Its alerts do not verify the audio. Listen to the call and confirm uncertain details; do not use the text as the sole basis for clinical decisions.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for following your agency's policies, confidentiality duties and the rules that apply to your work, including any permission needed to process audio. Buying a license does not mean your agency has authorized its use.

Seller, billing and renewal

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record (reseller): you buy from Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment and invoicing. Kevin Cerpa develops and licenses the software. The price and renewal frequency are shown before payment. You can cancel future renewals through the subscription management link in your receipt or ask soporte@terpside.app for help.

Applicable law

The license relationship with Kevin Cerpa is governed by Bolivian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Purchases from Lemon Squeezy are also governed by its buyer terms: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms. These terms do not replace that seller's conditions or exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

No warranties

The software is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, that its results will be accurate or that it will meet your specific needs. This does not exclude warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kevin Cerpa's total liability for the use of Terpside is limited to the amount you paid for Terpside in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not affect liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post a notice on the site with the date they take effect. Continuing to use Terpside after that date means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
